How do I handle scheduling for two part-time jobs at once?

I just started a job with a Crocs kiosk a week ago, but I’m not really getting enough hours there, so I picked up a second job as a “Santa’s helper.” How do I handle scheduling for the two? Both are open the same hours (10-10 M-Sa, 11-7 Sun). Do I tell one manager that I can only work opening shift, and the other that I can only work closing shift, alternate days, or a combination of the two?

tell one of your employers to make your schedual atleast a week or 2 in advance and just give that to the other employer to work around
